Attribute points - Guild Wars Forums

Righto I'm officially confused.
Hit lvl 20 a lil while ago, ascended soon after.
So I should have max attribute points right?
Well adding them all up I get only 170 not the 200 you get for a pvp char...
Is this normal?

One quest is available before ascension, one is available after doing a quest in droknars
